Do you need to lose a few extra pounds?
If you are like me, I am always looking for a way to lose extra pounds? I have gone from a size 22 to size 10 with minimal effort by portion control, work out, and other means. I have used so many methods to lose the weight. But keeping it off seems to be my biggest challenge. How about you?
